Skyjed exists to help organisations see and govern their products across the whole lifecycle, from design through to retirement. That work is inherently about responsibility: fewer blind spots, better decisions, less waste.
We apply the same discipline to ourselves. We are committed to responsible management across our customers, our people and our suppliers, and we’re continuously refining how we do it.
We run an ESG materiality assessment aligned to the Global Reporting Initiative, and we’ve identified four areas where we can have real impact.

We treat privacy as a basic human right, not a compliance exercise. Our data protection standards are designed to exceed legal minimums across every market we operate in, and we've been ISO 27001 accredited since 2021.
Fair pay, reasonable hours, safe conditions and clear routes to raise concerns. We have zero tolerance for forced labour, child labour, modern slavery, discrimination and harassment, in our own operations and in our supply chain. We back equal representation in leadership and flexible working that fits real lives.
We contribute to UN Sustainable Development Goal 12 on responsible consumption and production by helping organisations embed sustainability across their product and service lifecycles. We're also reducing our own footprint: optimised cloud workloads on AWS, minimal business travel, responsible IT procurement and recycling. We've measured Scope 1 and 2 emissions annually since 2023 and are expanding Scope 3 tracking.
Our suppliers are held to the same labour standards we hold ourselves to. Those standards are written into every agreement, checked through due diligence, and reviewed on an ongoing basis. We prioritise suppliers with low environmental impact, we don't discriminate in selection, and we actively seek out diverse suppliers, including small, minority-owned, women-owned and locally-owned businesses.
