Note: Any externally-owned products that have been shared by a Partner via Skyjed Connect are not included in the limits for each Plan.

Viewer roles are provided for free and allow Users to have reduced edit rights at no extra cost. Viewers can view information that has been shared with them, enter Comments, update Actions, and access Product Insight Reports.

Note: Viewer roles are not included with Skyjed Starter Plan, so any Viewers count towards the Active User limit for Starter Plan.

You can select the roles and permission levels for each user to best optimise their experience of the platform and ensure correct access rights.

Provide each user with a permission level for the platform (Super Admin, Admin, Super User, Standard User, and Viewer) and a role for each product or team (Leader, Owner, Contributor, and Viewer).

Approval Controls give organisations the flexibility to tailor approvals or stage gates in the Product Design and Review process.

Basic controls enable Admins to tailor approval rights for different role types to ensure the right level of sign off.

Advanced controls enable Admins to set up tailored approval workflows for individual products, groups of products, default processes, or exceptions. Approval workflows include many customisable options including mandatory sign off from specific people, 1 person approving on behalf of a group, or multi-stage sign off processes.

Skyjed Connect helps organisations improve efficiency and security by facilitating instant data exchange with their partner network inside Skyjed's ISO27001-certified platform.

Connect Premium is a paid add-on, which enables the sharing and requesting of information with individual or groups of partners.

Partners invited via Skyjed Connect will typically receive Connect Essentials. This allows your partners to receive information and respond to requests for information without needing to sign up for a paid version of Skyjed.

Data received from partners via Skyjed Connect is automatically collated into summary reports and dashboards. Automated workflows can also be set up to analyse the incoming data and trigger relevant actions.

Add Hierarchy Layers to group products by shared characteristics or themes, and cascade information down through a hierarchy. Choose the information that can be entered at each level and lock data that is inherited from products that are higher in the hierarchy.

Combine Product Hierarchy with Portfolios for another lens to view performance and reporting.
